Senior Identity Support Analyst

Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 plus benefits
Location: Brecon House, Cwmbran, with flexibility

Role overview

As our Senior Support Analyst, you will be responsible for operational support of multiple large-scale customer Microsoft based solutions with a focus on Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) 2016 and its associated technologies.

You will need to be customer focused working closely with key stakeholders, passionate about tech, with a proven analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Be part of a close-knit team who are big on training and development and will commit to several Microsoft courses and exams from day 1 to help you succeed. This role would suit someone who possesses:

  • A deep understanding around back end systems and how they connect to systems
  • The ability to read code (VB.Net and C#), understand as well as rewriting errors
  • Understanding of powershell and writing scripts
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory and windows based servers
  • Ability to work at 2nd/ 3rd line level which could be considered 5th line in some cases

What does a typical day look like? Our support team are central to everything we do and work with all our specialist areas in the business from identity, access management to security. You will be responsible for:

  • Dealing with incoming requests working towards 100% fix rate without escalation
  • Get your teeth into complex and detailed tasks related to your subject area
  • Working with core projects in the business and supporting the internal IT teams

Cloud Support Analyst

Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 plus benefits
Location: Brecon House, Cwmbran, with flexibility

As our Cloud Support Analyst, you will be responsible for the operational support of multiple customer’s Microsoft-based solutions and applications, with a key focus on Cloud Security and its associated technologies as well as internal support within the business.

We are not necessarily looking for “the finished article” and above all look for those who are passionate about Cloud security and have a natural curiosity for problem solving. We love the idea of someone who has self-taught such tech and simply wants to know more.

Be part of a close-knit team who are big on training and development and will commit to several Microsoft courses and exams from day 1 to help you succeed.

This role would suit someone who can demonstrate the following:

  • A passion for Cloud and security technologies, especially Office365 and Azure
  • A recent graduate or school leaver who has studied and obtained a qualification in a similar subject area ie. Computer Science, Cyber Security
  • An understanding of the following cloud components: Azure Active Directory Connect (AADC), Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Azure Active Directory (AAD), Azure Active Directory Premium (AAD P1 & P2), Intune, Office 365 ATP, Advance Threat Analytics and more.
