Senior Support Analyst

Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 plus benefits

How can you contribute to our success?

As our Senior Support Analyst, you will take ownership of operational support of multiple large-scale customer Microsoft based solutions with a focus on Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) 2016 and its associated technologies.

You will need to be passionate about tech, working closely with key stakeholders, with a proven analytical and problem-solving mindset and above all poses our company values.

Support Analyst (Cloud, Azure, Office365 specialist)

Role overview

Our support team are central to everything we do and become SMEs in their field. You will be responsible for the operational support of multiple customer Microsoft-based solutions and applications with a key focus on Cloud Security and Enterprise Mobility.

You will take ownership of dealing with incoming requests working towards 100% fix rate without escalation, get your teeth into complex and detailed tasks and work with core projects in the business also supporting the internal IT teams.

It goes without saying you will be passionate about cloud and security technologies and must have some exposure to Azure and its components and Office365 either in a commercial setting or self-taught.

Whether you are a graduate, school leaver, self-professed geek or seeking your next IT challenge you must have a natural curiosity for problem solving and love what you do.

Sales Administrator

How can you contribute to our success?

As our Sales Administrator you will take full responsibility of supporting, challenging and improving our sales process to ensure it is fit for best practice.

Reporting to the Sales Director you will take ownership of producing and organising work orders, setting up templates for proposals and any other sales documentation, liaising with customers and internal staff for support contracts and supplier forms.

You will also manage our CRM (Kimble) administration activities including; milestone management, opportunity and resources management as well as organising bookings and reporting to the senior sales team.

This role would be suitable for someone who is naturally organised, proactive, has excellent attention to detail and has the ability to manage different tasks at any one time, ensuring they prioritise work effectively and can speak to stakeholders, customers and suppliers at different levels.
